Faith in Action: A Busy Two Weeks at HCA
β¨ Pastor Appreciation Day -Honoring Those Who Lead, Serve, and Shepherd π
Pastor Appreciation Day was a special time at HCA as we gathered to honor the pastors who faithfully serve our school, families, and community. We were especially blessed to welcome Brother Jeremiah Perkins, HCA Alumni Class of 2017, who returned to share an encouraging message with our students.
Brother Jeremiah reflected on the pastors who have played an important role in his life and how their guidance, prayers, and dedication have helped shape him into the person he is today. He spoke to our students about stewardship and the importance of faithfully serving others, reminding them that pastors often show up for us when we need them most, regardless of the challenges they may be facing in their own lives.
Our students also found special ways to express their love and appreciation for the pastors who mean so much to them. They created a heartfelt video sharing why they love their pastors, offering a touching reminder of the lasting impact these spiritual leaders have on the lives of our children. Our 2ndβ7th grade students also performed a special song in honor of our pastors before passing out tokens of appreciation created in Art to express their gratitude. π
Following the program, we welcomed local pastors and their guests to a special appreciation breakfast. Our Jr. BETA members graciously served breakfast, helping us extend our gratitude beyond the ceremony and creating an opportunity to fellowship with the very people who pour so much into our community. We are thankful for our students who helped make this day meaningful through their acts of service!
The celebration was a beautiful reminder that ministry reaches far beyond the pulpit. Pastors give their time, offer encouragement, pray with us, and walk alongside us through life's joys and hardships. Their willingness to serve others reflects the heart of Christ and leaves a lasting impact on the lives they touch.
We are so thankful to Brother Jeremiah for returning to HCA to share his heart with our students, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the pastors who faithfully pour into our school and community. Your service, sacrifice, and love do not go unnoticed. You are making a difference in ways that may not always be seen, but will never be forgotten.
Thank You

Thank You :)
π Fall Break -A Time to Rest, Reflect, and Reset π
Fall break gave our HCA students a much-needed opportunity to slow down, spend time with family, and recharge! Students were out of school from October 9 through October 13 and returned to campus on October 14, ready to jump back into learning.
We hope this break provided our students with time to reflect on all they have learned so far this school year, celebrate their growth, and prepare their hearts and minds for the months ahead. As we enter the next part of the school year, we look forward to seeing our students continue to grow academically, spiritually, and personally.
Sometimes, taking a step back gives us the fresh perspective and renewed energy we need to keep moving forward. We pray our HCA students return refreshed, encouraged, and ready to make the most of every opportunity God places before them! π

Operation Christmas Child: A Little Box, A Lot of Love ππ
Collecting Oct. 14- Nov. 10
Boxes will be packed Oct. 12
This year, HCA is excited to make Operation Christmas Child bigger than ever! What has traditionally been a project led by our BETA Club is now becoming a school-wide opportunity for our entire HCA family to come together and make a difference in the lives of children around the world.
Collection begins October 14 and continues through November 10. During this time, we invite our students, families, and staff to participate by donating items that will help fill shoeboxes with gifts, joy, and encouragement for children in need.
On November 12, our Elementary and Jr. BETA students will come together to assemble the shoeboxes and prepare them to be sent out on November 16. Through this hands-on experience, students will have the opportunity to practice generosity, teamwork, and the joy of giving to others.
We are so excited to see our HCA family come together for this special mission! Sometimes, the smallest acts of kindness can make the biggest impact. We pray that every box serves as a reminder to a child that they are loved and never forgotten. π

π Pink Out Pep Rally at HCA: Standing Together in Hope and Prayer! π
Hamilton Christian Academy was filled with pink, love, and encouragement as our students and staff came together for our Pink Out Pep Rally in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month!
Our students decked themselves out from head to toe in pink to show their support for those who have battled breast cancer, those who are currently fighting, and the loved ones who stand beside them. π
As visitors entered our school, they were welcomed by a beautiful display of prayer hearts filled with encouraging words, heartfelt messages, and prayers. These special reminders reflected the love, faith, and support that make our HCA family so special.
The pep rally began with a heartfelt prayer honoring loved ones who have battled breast cancer, followed by a dedication slideshow celebrating those who have been touched by this disease. From there, the excitement continued with games, school spirit, and plenty of friendly competition!
One of the day's highlights was our Battle of the Spirit Stick! π Congratulations to 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade, who prevailed and took home the win! The fun continued as students and staff joined together for games, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
Our Spirit Stick Winners!
More than just a day of pink, our pep rally was a reminder that we are stronger together. Through prayer, encouragement, and love, we can stand beside those affected by breast cancer and remind them that they are never alone.
"Encourage one another and build each other up." β 1 Thessalonians 5:11
A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who participated, helped organize the event, contributed photos, decorated prayer hearts, and made this special day possible. Your support helped make our Pink Out Pep Rally a meaningful celebration of hope, strength, and community.
Together, we wear pink. Together, we pray. Together, we stand! ππ

Heavenly Father,
Today, we lift up everyone affected by breast cancer. We pray for those currently fighting this battle, asking You to give them strength, courage, comfort, and hope. We pray for survivors, thanking You for their resilience and the stories of perseverance they share. We also remember those we have lost, asking You to bring peace and comfort to their families and loved ones.
Lord, guide the hands of doctors, nurses, and researchers as they work toward better treatments and a cure. Help us spread awareness, encourage early detection, and support those who need it most.
May we be a source of love, kindness, and Encouragement to every person affected by this disease. Remind us that no one has to face this journey alone, and years our faith shine brightly through every season.
In Jesusβ name, Amen. π
